- Walked slowly
- Less energy
- Lethargy and extreme weakness during PMS and during period
- Swam a maximum of 50M in one go and resting before continuing another 50M
Week 3 (02MARCH2010):
- Swam 200M in one go before needing to rest
- Bong and her mum said I walk slightly faster and without so much effort
- PMS still the same but period was delayed by a week
