I spent the whole day, aside from dinner with Pauline, re-watching The Alien Quadrilogy and still enjoy it. It reminds me how much I am
a) shit scared of those things
and
b) always in awe with Ellen Ripley. She will always be that one hero who kicked ass, died and then kicked ass again.

Her character always grew in badassery and command until the final series where she was the ultimate kickass and a lot more human than most people are with a lot less bullshit.
