This *points up* is my current favourite illustration of the norse god Loki and his wife Sigyn. I was browsing through some information about Valkyries and Valhalla for my current pet project when i came across the gods and goddesses and shyte, ie: Odin and Freya. Very interesting stuff when you read about divinity. The people in the old worlds knew damn well how to write stories.

Anyways, i have exams on the 7th and a swimming gala on the 5th. So the plan is to study, go for Actorlympics, study some more, Attend Swimming Gala and cause an uproar in the order of things and do the trials. SEE! I'VE GOT MY PLATE FULL OKAY!

Come to think of it, I still have thinking (s)kills homework and the vertical chem tutorials to do... dammit. The workload is harassing... So i shall shove off now... Im doing my work in the library today so the comps gonna be on (et tu msn) playing some music to soothe the violent and lazy beast that is me... to lull me into a deep unnatural studying slumber... damn superimposable smartness... Intelligence is undervalued and luck is too stupid to comprehend. Cheers before i go shove it. Oh poo. :-(

Yes! The most hilarious attempt at Drew Carrey's Who's Line Is It Anyway is back! I went to one of the shows back in December owh-five (last year laa). Two thumbs (3 - in Hafiz's case) way up to all those people involved. Man, this is the kinda shizzit i'd love to be involved in. So, yesterday i tried making the Ciabatta Meat Sandwich that i decided to emulate from one of the cooking shows on the telly. It worked! I realised that it's good for campus-living people as it's not that expensive and it's healthy and fast to make... 20 minutes or so (give or take 10 depending on how yo uwant your meat)
.
The ingredients:
1 loaf of ciabatta bread (or any large french-type loaves)
1 lemon
1 piece of rump steak
olive oil
dried rosemary
dijon mustard

The How-to:
1. put your bread in the oven for a few minutes so that it's warmed up... (it's not toast)
2. smother your beef in a "little-bit" of olive oil and sprinkle dried rosemary on it
3. put the smothered meat into a plastic bag (clean one!) and use your fist or any available blunt object and pound it into a pulp mass... (haha... but seriously)
4. heat up skillet until really really hot and throw meat in and let cook until you deem fit.
5. putmeat onto a shallow bowl and add a little bit more olive oil and squeeze all the lemon juice onto the piece of meat.
6. cut ciabatta lengthwise so it looks kinda like a hotdog bun and spread a good amount of dijon mustard on each side and put meat in.
7. mix the contents of the shallow bowl (the lemon juice, meat juices and olive oil) and pour it into the sandwhich.
8. squish sandwich into edible mouth size (listen to the slurping noise, the noise of all that juice seeping into the bread), take a good hearty bite and chew.

There, a hearty meal for the hearty student... It's really gooooood... im eating one now... haha!

At about 12:15, i have training... at the gym. The weather has been so hot since Chinese New Year. for the past 2 days, there has been sun until 7:30 at night... I know some of you are thinking "What about sun 'till 7: 30? We get sun 'till really really late..." Well, I'm in malaysia. Leave me alone.

Isn't that true members of the male society? Well, maybe for a majority... but up and coming are the level-headed panic-driven let's-think-about-it-for-a-second kinda guys. So... difficult to comprehend.

I'm taking a break from studying chem right now... I really really really hate/loathe/abhor this whole studying thing... i think my best friend would be powerpoint if i had the choice. All this sucking up and spewing out selected information is really taking up a huge chunk of my brain... And what's worse is that the exams that i'm going to take will actually determine my whole life. Talk about wasted.

The next generation will be soooooooooo fucked. They'd have to come up with another grade of smart. They need to come up with something higher than a PhD...
